Cognitive Behavioural Pyschotherapy

The Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Service was established at St Patrick's University over 20 years ago. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a psychological evidence-based approach which research has shown to be effective for a wide range of mental health problems including Depression, Anxiety based disorders (Panic Disorder, Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Generalised Anxiety and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and other presentations.
