Referrals Procedure

The Clinic operates an Appointment Only system. To make the first appointment telephone the referral line to request a Referral Assessment Form (or download here), this can then be faxed or posted
back to the following:

Fees will depend on assessment and treatment options.

Maps and directions will be provided to all clients and are available on request.

All referrals to the Dean Clinic Referral Line are reviewed by a Clinical Nurse Manager and allocated an appropriate team or service. The team will then arrange an appointment with the clients. All clients will be reviewed by a Consultant Psychiatrist and another member of the team. All clients will have access to the full range of multidisciplinary supports during their treatment course.
